Service audits

AMS provides comprehensive service audits to P&I correspondents who seek to maximise service delivery to the P&I Clubs.

Audits include an external survey and assessment of the client's market position, optional follow up representations by AMS to the Clubs and ongoing access to AMS services in London.

Findings and recommendations are set out in detailed and confidential written reports.
